Ah well... the most fundamental question for any thing, whether it be a successful venture or a total failure of sorts is... "How did it all begin?" Well and when we have answers for most of them... more profound one's evade all logic. Take "How did life begin?" for example... someone may say "oh yeah... it all started thanks to that single celled spec which could multiply just like that and for some reason it had brains enough to evolve into a multiple celled organism and evolution began and behold here u are sitting in front of your computer". Well then where did that spec come from??? *Dead End*
Same goes for "How did this world we know began"? Sure it was the big bang that filled this whole freaking empty and ever expanding space with planets, stars and other crap... oh well from where did that single big stuff that blew itself to oblivion come from then??? *Another Dead End*
And then if you decide to leave the realms of science and beg a reply from God it all starts getting easy. "Well God was kind enough to put that little spec to begin life perhaps?"... "God placed that single big thingy and made it go boom?" (Ya its fun to watch stuff explode :P) ... and well there may be an endless list of things that God did, but then one burning question still remains... "Where oh where did God come into existence from???" (aah a major dead end i would say :D).
Well so while the mystery of where and how it all began intrigues us, it also somehow makes us hold it in awe and value it perhaps with the respect it deserves; For creation, the beginning of all was so delicate and life as we know still remains delicate, which ignorance and indifference will just as easily destroy. So while it all did begin without our help... helping it to go on is what we must do!
And to end it all this pic here seemed just right. Clicked this pic on the 1st of Jan 2008 as my friends (and me too) were heading back home from Marine Drive (the place i love the most) after having spent our new years eve out on the streets literally. Somehow this pic speaks volumes by itself about a new beginning (well atleast for me :P) and remains very close to my heart.
